Starting March 28, 2009 I will be hitting the road yet again for my self titled 2009 Great American Roadtrip. My cousin told me that making a blog would be a good idea…so here it is.

I’m hitting the road with Rufo to head to Louisville, Nashville, Mobile and New Orleans for the first eight days… after that he will be catching a flight back to NY to sit on the couch and save 40 million dollars by not going out drinking with me for two months.

After that, I head west, to see Texas and to ride some horses. Maybe get in a bar fight by telling someone they’re a shitty line dancer. One can only hope… *sigh*

Then it’s Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, and Vegas to meet up with Oz and some people at their timeshare in the end of April. Then, heading to the coast to meet up with ol’ Kansas City Joe (who Gooter thinks is an anti-semite for some god knows what reason) in San Diego… then north to Vacaville to vacation with Caronia and the misses for a few days. After that, I’m on my own for a month, heading north to Oregon and Washington, then back east through the Dakotas and the badlands…

I have already booked quite a number of photo shoots with models throughout the country, so that should be interesting. The main purpose of this trip is to get away from everyone for a bit and to find out what the hell I’m going to do with my life… but also to help build a gigantic photo portfolio of this country, along with some writing (and this weird blogging).

So I shall be updating this from the wondrous iPhone, as well as some internet cafes and such. I’ll be posting a lot of my photos, so check in regularly. And I’m pretty sure I’ll have some good stories, as anyone who’s traveled with me in the past would know.
